Shipping Policy
At TFK, we are dedicated to ensuring your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.
For the latest updates on your order, please use the tracking number you received in your confirmation email after your purchase. This will provide real-time updates and delivery information.
Shipping times vary depending on the destination.
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends). Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be processed on the following Sunday.

Europe
Estimated Delivery: 15-20 business days

The final delivery costs will be displayed at checkout once the address is entered.
Please note that depending on the delivery destination, additional customs charges may apply. These fees are determined by the destination country and are beyond our control.
Important Information for All Shipments:
Customs Delays: Please be aware that customs processing in some countries may extend delivery times. Unfortunately, we cannot predict or control any customs-related delays, so we recommend factoring in potential extra time.
Public Holidays: Orders are shipped from Kuwait. During public holidays, both in Kuwait and the destination country, processing and delivery may be delayed. We suggest keeping holiday schedules in mind when placing your order, as they may affect shipping timelines.

Return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after recieving your item to request a return.
GCC Countries
All conditions must be met in order to be able to return/exchange:
- Unused
- With tags
- Original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase.
*Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To start a return, you can contact us at reach@tfk.com.kw.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: The Fragrance Kitchen Shop, Al Hamra Business Tower & Shopping Center, Kuwait City, Kuwait.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at reach@tfk.com.kw.
Damages & Defects:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Other Regions
For customers outside GCC countries, unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will ensure that the item is replaced and sent to you at no additional cost. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to resolve any issues promptly.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-off PeriodIf shipping to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
